Established in 1997 by two brothers, Luther and Eddie Moore, Moore Brothers Beef evolved
from a once family-only production.  Moore Brothers Beef was extended in order to fulfill the
need for an "All Natural" beef product for consumers who are not only health-conscious but,
also concerned for farm raised beef products. Moore Brothers Beef consists of grain fed,
hormone free angus cattle.

Since its conception, Moore Brothers Beef has been dedicated in providing wholesome and
higher quality beef products for their loved ones.  Our goal is to continue that same tradition
by providing high-quality beef to family and friends a-far.  The ranch is located in Red
Springs, North Carolina, where founders Luther and Eddie Moore reside.  

We do not use any hormones or routine antibiotics.  We closely monitor our
cattle from birth to harvest, ensuring the very best.  We carefully select

crossed cattle and feed them free choice grain and hay for an average of six
months.

Then we hand pick each yearling for harvest.  After harvest this beef is properly
Aged to
Enhance tenderness and taste
.  Our beef is professionally cut, vacuum packed and
frozen to protect quality.  All of our beef is inspected by the North Carolina Department of
Agriculture (NCDA) and/or the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and
approved with a NCDA/USDA stamp.
